This Pinch Fold Tester is designed to meet the requirement of Chrysler LP-463KB-28-01 Method C. This device consists of electric motor, counter and velocity indicator.

Operation procedure:

Fix the sample on the tester and set the working period of the counter, then press the start button. It will automatically stop until the counter reaches the preset period. Test samples are visually evaluated. Adjust the spring and the pressure plate, the pinch height is adjustable to ensure that a load of 1.96N is applied to each specimen when the base board moves up to squeeze the sample.
